Ronin Fitness – RoF CrossFit (304) 290-8558
CrossFit is a workout program that can be done by any age or ability level. We hear people say they have to get in shape to do CrossFit and that is the furthest thing from the truth. We will help you get in shape and feel better than you have ever felt. The movements we do range from gymnastics to Olympic lifting and are functional to help you live out your daily life as strong and healthy as possible. From the grandparent who wants to be able to play on the floor with their grandkids to the high school soccer player who wants to prepare for the upcoming season. We will work with you to achieve your goals!
“The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind.” –
Greg Glassman, founder of CrossFit

One-Hour Workout of the Day (WOD) and So Much More
Our classes are setup to start and end in one hour. We work to make it the best hour of your day, so much so that most people want to hang out for a while after their workout of the day (WOD).
While CrossFit training is the specialty of Ronin Fitness, it is not all we do. New at Ronin Fitness is our Barbell Club. This club is a class that takes place at Ronin Fitness for weightlifting lovers. We design this intense class for clients that want to gain strength and become healthier.
CrossFit is great for all ages, so we offer CrossFit Kids on the weekends to keep young ones moving.
