We will help you get in shape and feel better than you have ever felt. The movements we do range from gymnastics to Olympic lifting and are functional to help you live out your daily life as strong and healthy as possible. From the grandparent who wants to be able to play on the floor with their grandkids to the high school soccer player who wants to prepare for the upcoming season. We will work with you to achieve your goals!

One-Hour Workout of the Day (WOD) and So Much More
Our classes are setup to start and end in one hour. We work to make it the best hour of your day, so much so that most people want to hang out for a while after their workout of the day (WOD).
While CrossFit training is the specialty of Crossfit Sozo, it is not all we do. New at Crossfit Sozo is our Barbell Club. This club is a class that takes place at Crossfit Sozo for weightlifting lovers. We design this intense class for clients that want to gain strength and become healthier.
CrossFit is great for all ages, so we offer CrossFit Kids on the weekends to keep young ones moving.

*This is a great day to practice your Kip or Butterfly since the #'s are so low. Scaling can be 10/8/6 with just pull-ups the whole time. Try to hit a Max Thruster by the end.
